How We Use Your Information

  • Prepare design concepts, price quotes, and installation plans

  • Schedule and coordinate delivery, setup, and removal

  • Communicate with you about your project and account

Artificial Intelligence Usage

  • We use AI tools in a limited way: to generate visual renderings and design concepts based on photos of your home combined with inspiration imagery and our own design work, so you can preview ideas before installation. We do not submit your personal identifying information — name, address, or contact details — to any AI tool. AI usage is limited to visual design and rendering purposes only.​​​

Photography and Portfolio Use

  • After your installation is complete, we may photograph and record the finished decor at your home.

  • By working with us, you consent to our use of these photographs on our website and social media as examples of our work. We do not share your home address or other personally identifying information alongside these images.

How We Protect and Share Your Information

  • We take the privacy of our clients seriously. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal identifying information with third parties. Information you provide is used solely to deliver and manage our services to you.

  • Where we work with outside vendors (for example, payment processing), those vendors only receive the information necessary to complete that specific function, and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
