Payment Terms
All payment is due prior to delivery/installation. Please refer to your quote or invoice for the specific payment date.
No Refunds
Because materials are ordered specifically for your project and labor is scheduled upon payment, all payments are final and non-refundable. Please contact us within a week of installation if you experience any issues.
Scope of Work
Pricing includes labor for installation and removal only, unless otherwise stated on your quote. The quoted price includes removal where specified.
Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to ensure that the installation area is safe, accessible, and free from obstructions prior to our arrival.
Limitation of Liability
Harvest & Holiday will perform all work with reasonable care and according to industry standards. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or damages that occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to fragile surfaces, unstable fixtures, environmental conditions, or the natural wear of materials.
Harvest & Holiday is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Changes to Scope
Any adjustments or additional labor requested outside of the agreed scope will be billed accordingly.
Acceptance of Terms
Acceptance of the invoice constitutes agreement to these terms.
